Claros Caper at Yorkshire Champs!

A very successful first Caper was held at this year’s Yorkshire Champs, hosted by East Pennines at Ogden Water on Oct 30th. A strong Claro contingent first of all raced in the championships themselves, then convened to the Causeway Foot pub for a very welcome post-race meal!

Podium places in the Championships went to:

W10: 2nd – Charlotte Drewe
W21: 2nd – Vicky Bailey
W40: 2nd – Liz Drewe
W55: 1st – Ruth Ker
W75: 1st – Jackie Barnes
M60: 1st – Quentin Harding, 3rd – Andrew Kelly
M70: 3rd – David Day

The next Caper is scheduled for Sunday Dec 11th at Airienteers’ event at Middleton Woods, Ilkley. More details to follow.
