Using Maprun: You will need Maprun version 7.5.7 or later. It can be used with a smartphone alone, or in conjunction with most Garmin and Apple watches. The app enables GPS based orienteering without the need for physical controls. It’s fun! It is available via the usual sources for Android and Iphones apps. Go here to practise using it on one of the club’s permanently available score events, and for advice on how to use the app. Details of which event to download will be made available before the event at the top of this page. Help will also be available on the night, or see enquiries below.
