Notes (mainly for families and older competitors): The minimum distance on foot from parking to the start and finish, which will be close together, is 1.2km on public footpaths. The area is not suitable for a white course, and shadowing for less experienced yellow course competitors is recommended.. Yellow and orange courses will include some taped routing to connect line features.

YHOA SuperLeague: The SuperLeague is held using some of the best terrain-based events in YHOA, with at least one hosted by each YHOA club. Points are scored for each event, counting a maximum of 5 from the 9 races. Competitors have to finish in a minimum of 2 races to count. There are competitions in all age groups from M/W10 to M/W80 and prizes for the first three in each age group. Full details of events and scoring are on the YHOA website.
