Timings:   Registration opens 1745, Starts from1800-1900, Courses close 1930. 

Event fees: BOF Members £5, Non-members £6, Juniors £3. Timing chip hire: Seniors £1, Juniors £0.50 (fee for a lost chip: £30).

Courses
Short Beginners: 1.5 – 2.0km
Short Experienced: 2.0 – 2.5km
Long Beginners: 2.5 – 3.0km
Long Experienced: 3.5 – 4.5km
Full electronic timing (contactless enabled) on all courses.

Terrain description: Runnable woodland and open parkland.

Coaching: a pre-event coaching session will be led by Quentin Harding starting at 17:20, with the opportunity to afterwards practise skills learned on the course of your choice. Topic for this session: ‘Using the compass’, please bring one if you have one, some will be available for use. The session is intending to end shortly after 18:00 to allow evening courses to be completed.

If you are late arriving for the coaching a map showing where we are will be under a car windscreen wiper in the car park, so you can join in.
